ZakFarm is a family-owned dairy farm based in the Carolinas, dedicated to bringing fresh, natural dairy products from our farm straight to your table.

Our journey began when we moved to the United States and were surprised that even “premium” dairy products often contained additives and lacked the rich taste of real milk. So we did what any food-loving family would do — we started making our own.

At ZakFarm, we use high-quality A2 milk and traditional recipes to create authentic dairy products such as matsoni, sour cream, cottage cheese, Adyghe cheese, and Chechil sticks. Every product is made in small batches with simple ingredients and careful attention to quality.

No factories. No mass production. Just traditional recipes, fresh milk, and our hands.

We believe real food should be fresh, natural, and made with care — and we are proud to share a piece of our tradition with the Charlotte community.
