Lee and Lavenia Thomas are the husband-and-wife founders of Radah Baked Goods, a community-driven bakery built on creativity, purpose, and impact. What started as a vision in 2017 quickly evolved into a thriving business after Lavenia pursued formal training in baking, blending her passion for art and science to create unique, high-quality desserts.

Lee brings a strong educational foundation to the business with a degree in Higher Education, which plays a key role in shaping Radah’s mission. Together, they intentionally blend baking science with education creating hands-on, engaging experiences that teach, inspire, and empower communities of all ages.

Founded in 2020, Radah Baked Goods goes beyond desserts by offering interactive classes, workshops, and community-focused events that merge STEM concepts with baking. Their work has made a meaningful impact in schools, organizations, and local communities by turning the kitchen into a space for both creativity and learning.

Now expanding into Charlotte, NC, Lee and Lavenia are bringing the Radah experience to farmers markets and pop-up events introducing their signature desserts while continuing their mission to uplift communities through education, innovation, and connection.
