Gather Ye Honey is owned and operated by beekeepers Brett and Tina Tempest, but the majority of the hard work is done by their million or so honeybees. They produce pure, raw, unfiltered honey from their hives in Charlotte and the Appalachian Mountains. The honey is harvested in small batches in order to showcase the wide variety of colors, textures, and flavors of pure honey that is determined by each season’s flora. They also make candles, lip balm, and lotion bars from their beeswax.
