Farmhouse BBQ is the passion project of Vance Lin and Lindsay Williamson. With their extensive restaurant background in fine dining, Farmhouse was born out of a desire to return to basics and to simply feed people how they feed their own family. Lindsay from Texas and Vance a North Carolinian, together bring a deep respect for traditional, regional BBQ—featuring Texas-style brisket and Carolina pulled pork. "All of our meats are sourced from Farms that are dedicated to the Highest Animal Welfare Standards—humanely-raised and third party animal-welfare certified—living their entire lives on pasture without Antibiotics, Hormones or Steroids. Our Whole Beef Brisket is sourced from Cows that are 100% Grass-Fed AND Grass-Finished. Our Pork is sourced from Heritage Breed Pigs raised on Open Pasture without being fed filler or animal by-products. We only use Authentic Ingredients: Real Butter, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and rendered fats such as Tallow (Beef) & Lard (Pork) trimmed from our meats. We never use any vegetable oils, artificial sweeteners or preservatives. And as always, All of our Scratch-Made Sides, Breads, and BBQ Sauces & Rubs, are Non-GMO, MSG-Free, Preservative & Corn Syrup-Free. We cook like your great great grandparents used to. We smoke our meats on an offset smoker using local oak for over 18 hours to render our Meats to perfection before portioning, flash-freezing and vac-sealing our BBQ in BPA-free packages. All of our smoked meats are fully-cooked and come ready to reheat and eat. One pound of brisket or pulled pork & 40 minutes in the oven is all it takes to get perfectly seasoned and tender BBQ on the table for two.
