Bun Appetit! Is a small batch bakery located in Charlotte, NC - owned and operated by Jay Byrd and Maria Caceres, rolling out their made-from-scratch cinnamon & sticky buns since 2018. Both foodies have a number of years in the foodservice and design industry that’s led to a passion for baking and love of making folks happy with their freshly baked buns.
