Our bakery's motto is to produce the best product possible. As a baker for over 11 years, Dan never settles for subpar, and always wants to give his customers top notch baked goods. When starting our bakery, we were looking to provide baked goods to the Charlotte community. We are originally from Northern New Jersey, and we were missing some of our classic desserts, like sprinkle cookies, eclairs, etc. And you can never go wrong with our famous cinnamon buns! Our cinnamon buns are the best, fluffiest, treat for breakfast around! Stop by early because they don't last long!
